Bob McNair is not a douche, he just doesn't know what the hell he's doing.

If he says Kubiak is doing a "good job", and we're "so close", then what record does he need to see that Kubiak sucks? 6-10 after a 9-7 year isn't bad enough? 5-11? 3-13? How bad does it have to get before he sees it?
