Am I the only one scared to death for this week's game?
This has all the signs of a trap game and a huge letdown and the team laying an egg in a big spot.

What? CJ2K is with the Jets, and no..the Titans stink. I watched them get sliced and diced by the Cowboys. They did nothing. Locker couldn't complete a pass in the first half if he handed the ball to the receivers.

How is CJ2K back? He plays for the New York Jets.

I am not worried about the Bengals taking the Titans for granted. I think the Bengals history indicates that they can and will be beat by anyone, so what is the point in taking any NFL team lightly? I think that lesson was learned big time for this young group of players last year in our one and only playoff game against SD. SD came in and beat our butts on our home turf, where were were undefeated.

I worry we can lose any game at any given time, but mentally, I don't feel the Bengals have trap games anymore, especially since this game is preceded by a BYE week. They do not have anyone else to look past the Titans for.

Locker is not overly mobile, at least not the kind of speed to make us worry about him running. Their running game is okay, but that is probably our biggest strength on defense. Their defense is average as well. I am not overly worried about the game.

As bad as the Bengals have been since 91, there is no such thing as a lesser opponent. We are the lesser opponent until proven otherwise, at least in my mind. I also think a lot of our backups have more talent than half of the Tennessee starters.

On defense we really lack depth at LB though.

Offense, we lack depth in WR and OL.

As long as we have no more injuries at those three areas, we will be just fine. And of course the specialists.

If our defense is motivated and we avoid turnovers we should be able to win a low scoring game. I don't see Jake Locker mounting many long drives against us.

If we struggle on offense and turn the ball over, we could be upset. I'd say it's not likely though.

Dallas ripped off over 200 yards rushing against them last week. The Titan run defense is 'vulnerable'.

I still think Hawkins had some speed, but I really don't see him as much of an upgrade over what should be Jones or Sanzenbacher. When we had let Hawkins go, we didn't anticipate Jones and Green getting hurt.

I am not worried about tackle depth (so Collins is a non-factor), I am more concerned about guard and center depth on our Oline. Zeitler was laying on the turf last week and Bodine is a rookie with no emerging as a good candidate to take over if he goes down.
