That is a strange lineup. I wish Mike would move out of cleanup as well. Swap him with Nap. Niether have been on fire this series, but maybe a shakeup would do them both good.

That may be, but I'm not sure chavez has played LF this year, and we saw in game 1 against TB with gentry what can happen if you take guys out of their element and ask them to read the field from somewhere other than where their used to.

What's also interesting is DET has scratched Delmon Young. Leyland says he may not be available for the remainder of the series.

DET has few options to bring in off the 40man to be an injury replacement for Young ... and since making an injury sub for Young would make him ineligible to be added back to the roster for the remainder of the series.

Does DET keep Young active ... perhaps keeping him available for PH duty? Or do they deactivate Young and activate from their 40man Carlos Guillen, Cale Iorg, or Ryan Streiby?

Bet they role the dice on making a move until tomorrow.

the Texas Rangers haven't released a lineup yet according to TexasRangers.com so where did Fraley get his? All the rangers board is saying is that Michael will play 1st, Napoli will DH and Torrealba will be at catcher .

Dude seriously? Hamilton is a great CF and young does just fine at 1st. I don't ever recall seeing him let a grounder roll between his legs.

Watching the pregame Detroit love fest from Fox. What is the friggin' deal with these broadcasts? You'd think that Detroit had a 2-0 lead and were about to cruise to their 4th consecutive World Series title from the way these guys drool all over them. To bad they aren't even close to being the best team in this series.

Really need Colby to give a quality outing tonight. Got to get through 6 innings with minimal damage. He may give up a dinger or 2 just hope they are solo shots. As long as he keeps the ball down he should be ok. I suspect we'll get to Fister with a couple of runs. Rangers starting pitching needs to step up. "Postseason" Colby can do the job.
