Ahh nothing like showcasing Alvarez as a DH for an AL team.

So far so good and it is amazing the drop off of the starters for Tigers from their top to the bottom.
If you think about it both starters tonight are depth starters and Worley clearly looks to be the better pitcher.

Yeah, I was just wondering where Smyly was in all of this, but then I looked it up and they traded him for Price, forgot about that. Their org rotation depth is less than ideal.

Well that stinks. He's been great lately, for most of the season really, and we have no one who can play shortstop and contribute anything offensively. Hopefully he's alright.
