Tiger will most likely never win another major golf tournament but may win a few minor ones with a weak field. He still has power but he has lost his touch around the greens.

I said that too and it's probably going to hold up and be true...but Augusta is one place that I would give him a puncher's chance to win again.

Good analysis. People need to remove their emotions from the equation. To state that Tiger has lost his touch around the greens is ridiculous - there were several shots yesterday where he did very well in that respect & earlier this year he was failing with his driver but actually posted better scores than he should have because of his work around the greens.

Will he do well or poorly moving fwd? Who the hell knows & that include all of us. If folks like him great - if not why get so worked up about him? There are better things to worry about.

I understand where RJ is coming from...an unbiased opinion...but there are many that have trouble doing that when it comes to Tiger.

And it's only February and the kid wins the Honda Classic. You figure all eyes would be on him.

And yet the coverage was all Tiger. And after Justine wins, every story was about his fan interaction.
That was dumb on his part but it should have not dominated all the story lines for the tear this guy is on.

You mean like Spieth who is currently 10 strokes behind Tiger playing in the same group? Look - if you are so golf savvy you would realize that all the top players have their ups and downs & each can have great weeks and poor weeks. This is also a sport where players can be competitive in the big events at an advanced age. Tom Watson almost won a major when he was pushing 60. Mickelson just won the latest PGA event.

Can Tiger win another major or even another event? Who knows. I just know that I root for him & enjoy watching him & I am not going to apologize to you or anyone else because of that. This is just like any other sport - folks root for different teams & different players - not sure why it gets under you skin so much. Give it a rest - go root for whoever you like while the rest of us root for our favorite players. Peace.
