I think the Thunder will be the favorite in the West if they get their chemistry going with Westbrook. Give it 10 games, and we'll see where they are.

With or with out Westbrook (as long as they have the starting rotation set for 2+ weeks before playoffs) OKC is the hands down favorite. HOU poses minimal problems and GSW just don't seem to be able to pull it all together this year.
