And it wasn't.

Seems like Banister and Co have done a pretty good job of using replay to the Rangers advantage, recently anyway. Not sure how we've fared, YTD though.

Chirinos should have just held on to that one. 2nd and no outs works a whole lot better than 3rd with no outs.

Now with a walk (2nd of the inning for Ross) we'll probably take the DP and let the run score.

So Ross cannot be good two starts in a row.

In Ross' 4 starts, he's been, terrific/awful/fair/bad.

But like I said about him earlier, when a guy is coming off not pitching for over a year, his first 10+ starts are a new adventure every time out.

Not kidding, he does a nice job on balls in the air, and not so much on balls hit on the ground IMO.

Probably just hoping to get a decent reliever for him at this point. It seems all but certain that he will be traded tho. things didn't go well for him here and he should benefit from a change of scenery. Some guys just aren't a fit.
