At what point are you for a demotion. He hasn't hit all year. The season is 3 months in and he's barely hitting .200.I think Odor needs to be handled better than he's been, but I'm still against a demotion at this point.
Maybe at RRI really think the lineup would benefit from Odor hitting 7th.
So it's the team's/managers problem he swings at everything? Not sure what you mean by "handled" and who does this handling?

Should be an interesting weekend. Two teams who score via the long ball.Bases full no outs no runs. RISP continue![]()
If your going to bench him more, who plays second. I sure don't want to see Kozma out there.I'd like to see him hit lower in the order and benched more, before anything. It hasn't seemed to me like there's been any response from Banister as far as his performance has gone.
At his current rate of swinging like Don Quixote, is there any harm in sitting him against LHP and let Kosma play second? Kosma is terrible at the plate but solid defense.I'd like to see him hit lower in the order and benched more, before anything. Kozma being the 2B is obviously not ideal, but if it sends Roogie a message, I'm for it.
At least when Fielder batted under his weight that could mean .270. Not bad.To date, he's a better 2nd baseman than Odor and they're both hitting under their weight.
Thought that was 2015. Don't remember.AAA worked last year. But you're exactly right. Why not try something else if you're not willing to duplicate last years formula?
