Even being put in bad positions all through the game, the defense played great on the road. Kaep having THREE 4th quarter turnovers really killed this for us. Not the refs. This kids need to seriously find himself a QB guru. I love what he can do with his legs. But he proved today that this game is still won in the pocket.:gaah:

He does not play well in Seattle and against them in particular. That is all.

Yeah we had absolutely no running game to help him out so he had to carry the team on offense for the most part, not an easy task for a young QB starting in his first full season.

he shouldn't have thrown it to SHerman/Crabs on the last play... that was forced..

WHEN HAS KAP EVER MADE A FADE THROW?

he completely bypass the left side of the field on that play.... but why keep sounding like a broken record, same tendancies all yr...

He was responsible for 3 turnovers all of them were due to poor qb play, decision making, and awareness.

Its hard to argue with Kaps 4th qtr TO's... But I'm calling out VD and Gore as well! VD went 2 for 16 and Gore went 11 for 14 yards... Hunter had 16 yards on 3 carries to put Gore's game into perspective... I also didn't see much creativeness out of Roman to help out Kap in the second half of the game... It was like the coaching staff didn't watch what happened in week two earlier this season?

So the Niners had the lead in the 4th quarter and gave up a TD on a 4 and 6th from the 35 yard line. Gave up 15 yards on a 3rd and 25 to set that up. Niners played soft when they shouldn't have(fucking blitz Wilson) and it gave the Seahawks hope and ultimately the lead. A top defense should not be giving up these plays. The game changes so much if the Niners freaking hold them on a 3rd and 25. All this shit happens before Kap's craptacular quarter. Draft a goddamn corner and a ball hawking safety.

Definitely a tough game for Kaep, but I expect him to bounce back. He has what it takes, IMO. I expect Kaep to progress. Hopefully, our roster maintains or gets better, but it gets tough to maintain year after year. Now we got some bad injuries to Bowman and Iupati and you wonder how much Justin Smith and Frank Gore have left.

Good point. The fact that Seattle gained so many yards on that 3rd and forever was huge. I really wish we could've put the clamps on there. Also, that 35 yard TD was a sad, sad play. The receiver caught that ball with his body, so Rogers had plenty chance to make a play on that ball.

Our power running game wasnt very powerful. Not goinng to defend Kaps mistakes, but running game put more on him. Gore has lost a step. Gotta start thinking succesion. Marcus Lattimore?

That has to be Rogers last game as a 49er

I think they need to address it in the draft as well, just in case Lattimore isn't ready... Worse case, they can create compitition for the whole RB corps...

On another note.... How hard is it to line up with three WRs one TE and then run the ball. Is it in the SF offensive law book that we have to have 15 TEs on the field to run the ball. But really that's beside the point now, I guess.

I hope I read more articles about him working in his game this offseason than seeing him in commercials, at award ceremonies, and chasing strippers on Twitter.

Heard Lattimore has looked really good in workouts and feels great. Hopeful.
