As I said in the other thread, this charge will be plead down to probation imo... After looking into it a bit there's a clear case of ignorance by Mo that can be pled down away from a felony. Is I'd surprised if this went to trial and even more surprised if this cost him his place at Nebraska.

The incident in question happened after he was signed. They did not know about it per a statement released by the university. I get that internet court wants him to be kicked off the team, which is ridiculous, but I don't think it ends up happening.

Dumb kids doing dumb kids things. If this had been a 40 year old men sending the video then I think the seriousness of it is completely different and more serious.

What he did (allegedly) was wrong and stupid and now that woman and Mo will have to live with this. I don't know if it warrants him being kicked out of school. From all that I've read, Mo needs school, needs structure.

Maybe I'm just not understanding the timeline here. He sent it in 2016. He graduated high school in 2018. They dated as freshmen. That would make him, what, about 20 at graduation? Give or take a few months

i think nut has it right here. Although i feel for the girl, kids need to learn way sooner than they use to with how to deal with situations. Mo handled a situation very poorly, but i don't think any kid should get heavily prosecuted for that sort of mistake.

I feel like Frost though will do some sort of suspension or something somewhat heavy maybe that we don't necessarily see. he's a man of character and this isn't the type of action he wants to see from kids he's recruiting.

Depends on how the legal proceedings go, but I would anticipate a token suspension
