Every game Ricky plays is a bonus at this point. He made 40 saves tonight. I hope his knee isn't swollen. I don't expect him to be healthy for more than a week at a time.

Great game for Tavares tonight with the HATTY!! He probably could have scored a couple more but Miller stopped him.

It's nice to see them light the lamp. Offense has been a problem this year, but not lately.

This is the type of game the Islanders need. They have lost 3 in a row, but have been playing really good regardless of their record. The Sabres always struggle against teams that are towards of the bottom of the Standings.

Poulin will be in goal against the Devils this afternoon. Lawson will be the backup.

At this point Ricky can't play every other day. Because of his contract he isn't going anywhere. The Islanders have to carry three goalies. They really don't have a choice.
