The Bears had a timeout, that’s what makes it even more atrocious. That’s mainly on Eberflus, he completely botched the ending, no idea why he didn’t immediately call TO after the sack. Yikes.

Even after the players were finally set, Caleb waited another 5-6 seconds to start the play. Crazy bad clock awareness.

They were saving the time out for a short pass across the middle. You call a TO there and any pass in bounds ends the game.
