I'm just saying they have more room for improvement IMO. They will probably slow down a bit soon. But that's to be expected

I have been a fan of GSW since 1977-1978. I recall many years where we would go over a half a season and not have 20 wins and there were alot of really bad teams. I am just enjoying the ride right now

The Spurs, Grizzlies and Mavs could all have better records than GSW by the end of the season. The Rockets and Clippers are also possibilities. It's unlikely that OKC can catch them at this point, but there's a good chance they'll be a better team than GSW by the end of the season.

Considering that the West is so deep that we may see a 50 win team have to settle for the 8 spot, it's not at all inconceivable that GSW could end up in the 5th or 6th spot.

That's kind of the point. There are about 6 teams in the West that you could make a legit argument for finishing in any of the top 4 spots. So, depending on health and how thing go for them, any of those teams could finish anywhere from 1-6, including GSW.
