I take it you didn't watch Talking Dead? They previewed a clip of next week's episode, where a man is on top of a rock, and walkers are all around the rock trying to get to him. That man was identified as Gabriel, so I'd imagine Rick & Crew will be rescuing him.

I thought they showed the preacher with Rick in the next episode preview right after the airing, then more indepth with him on a rock later in the aftershow. I guess the preacher is a comic book guy.

I dont get all the morgan love. They said he was only in two episodes. Did I miss something great he did in one of them?

Good actor, for one.

Also, he was the first guy Rick met after waking up and kind of introduced him to the new Z-World. Very defining character in Ricks rise to what is now, and what he will become.

Bingo. If Morgan would not have found Rick after he left left the hospital, Rick would not have had any idea what was going on.

Well, that was awesome. And then to end it with a Morgan appearance? Can't wait to watch that again tonight!

He was only in two episodes (the 1st episode ever and "Clear" in Season 3), but he was fantastic in both. Those are my two favorite episodes. Morgan is looking good now compared to Clear. He must have gotten through some of those mental/emotional issues he was having. The visit from Rick/Carl/Michonne may have helped that. Not sure what the carving on the tree was. First time I remember seeing that symbol.

The band is back together and about to encounter Father Gabriel. Different circumstances compared to the comics. Gareth certainly isn't out of the picture. I'm surprised only Rick wanted to go back and kill him. Did they not learn their lesson with the Governor?

MORGAN!!!!!!

I love being surprised.

Other than that, best premiere since the Pilot. The opening was brutal and tense. Carol is elevating her bad-ass-ness. Tyreese continues to be a question mark. Eugene opens up.
Carol kicked ass and saved lives in this one.

A smack on the head and the throat cut. Most of us were correct about the cannibal factor.

Check out this season 5 trailer. As you can see, Rick's group teams-up/joins with Terminus leader Gareth in a cooperative effort to escort Eugene to Washington DC.

If it is true that Terminus turned into what it was due to the Saviors, I can see Gareth potentially becoming a "good guy" and joining the group. Maybe the Saviors become a bigger entity than just a DC-based group.

Another thing I noticed...

Our merry band of bandits is getting quite large again. Time for a culling?????

Imho....Eugene is full of crap....there is no cure, he wasn't given an experimental antidote, nor is he needed in Washington DC.....that's just a survival tactic and ploy for him and for a few of his friends for whatever reason, and so far it's worked....lol

btw: I don't read the WD comics, so I'm not sure if that angle is how he's portrayed, or if he's really legit.

Prick!:tape2: Direct him to your comic book thread!:D

I an neither confirming nor denying the accuracy of his theory. Whistling means "I ain't talking".

For argument, though, just because something happens in the books does not mean it will be the same on the show (Andrea, Hershel, Tyreese, Bob, ...)
