This season is a joke dude, let it go and quit being upset about things. Just try to look for good individual performances on the team. Track new players progression. Worrying about wins and losses is only gonna stress you out.... And with all the injuries, it's not worth it.

There's nothing "unfair" about asking for too much. If the team he's negotiating with chooses to meet his demands then "they're" being unfair to themselves.
