i think the only reason gillis/gilman say hes closer than his agent does is because they dont want to seem in a position of weakness when it comes to having to acquire a replacement via trade

I don't think these will be the lines on opening night, because there are just too many questions going into camp. Bailey showed late in the year he was best suited as a winger so Boyes might move to center. I think Nino should play the entire season in the AHL. He's been playing well. C Brock Nelson won't begin skating for a week or two because of facial fractures he suffered from being hit by a puck. W David Ullstrom will get a long look in camp. I have no idea what the Islanders will do with Dipietro. I expect them to keep his cap hit for this season.

Wow. I thought he looked pretty good out there with the Penguins. I wonder what isn't pleasing them.

The the one report the three invited are Tangradi, Bennett and Paul Thompson.

Hopefully Bennett gets a good look he has been their best player in Wilkes-Barre.
Also from what I read for the most part the team has been disappointing mainly on the Blueline.

1st D Line: Suter/Spurgeon

2nd D Line: Falk/ - & nobody cares to guess beyond that point (currently only showing 5 total D men on the roster).

Goal: Backstrom/Harding/the occasional appearance by Hackett
