The Second Circuit granted Ezekiel Elliott's request for a temporary stay of his suspension. He is eligible to play Sunday. A panel of Second Circuit Court judges will convene next week to hear Elliott's request for an injunction that overturns Judge Katherine Failla's ruling from Monday. So he could still start serving the suspension as early as Week 10. NFLPA attorneys called Elliott this morning and told him, "Get to practice."
I don't know if I'm a Dallas fan I'm tired of this and now could be gone for the last quarter of the season, which could be Dallas play off push......I'm not liking it...

I'm good if he plays this game then starts the suspension since you can run on KC. However, this feels like it is going to end up waiting until next season to start the suspension. After all the NFL keeps screaming "look at the Brady case" and that's what happened in the Brady case.
i think they meant the recent appeal, as in today.Ed Zachary.
He will sit 6.
Just a matter of when.

I hear you man, but you have still two games against the divisional leader that is scheduled during those 6 games, wouldn't you want your best weapon on the field for those two games?
