Bills have a Rookie QB, Terrible defense and injury problems before the season even starts. When your starting QB(at the time) injures himself on a plastic mat you know your in for a long season.

Secondary is terrible, might be able to get by with the rookies when Amendola goes down.

O-line is hot garbage. Roethlisberger will be running for his life and eventually will get hurt because they can't pass protect worth a damn.

the 49ers?

as for my team, I assume we are talking about next year because we already guaranteed this one, we won't win next year because it is hard to repeat.

Don't even get me started.

Let me help:

O-line is still weak.
Can't afford any injuries with wafer thin roster.
About 40% of the roster is new.
New coach.
New GM.
Tough home schedule.
Wild card and one and done is best possible outcome, and that's a stretch.

I don't think a wild card is in the cards for us. Until we address the O-line issue, we'll be lucky to make it 8-8. Rivers can't avoid a sack to save his life, and we have yet to find a running game.

I don't think so either, I was just stating that as a best case scenario. I'm guessing 6-9 wins is the range.

The running game was one of the bright spots in the preseason. Fluker is the best run blocker we've had in years.

Hopefully we can get some young guys on the O line in the next couple of years. The defense is a huge question mark with the departures we had, but I think it could surprise some folks and keep us in some games. Hopefully Teo can live up to expectations.

When will the Chargers finally bite the bullet and draft solid bookends on offense and defense? I think many of us have sat here for years convinced that if Spanos would let us manage the draft, the Chargers would be better than where they're currently at. DJ Fluker is an excellent start but a 6' 8" LT would have been my emphasis in the last draft.

I always thought Fluker looked like a Guard prospect in college but he got mad hype because he did well against Mingo
