Tim Hyers who is our hitting coach batted 267 in his 10 year minor league career and 217 in 137 ABs in the majors. He was the hitting coach for the Red Sox when they won a world series and with us last year. Not sure what to think of the guy overall but something isn't getting fixed this year and it's not just because Jung is out.
