Is this guy going to go full time into making commercials? Will he be the next Color Analyst on CBS? Go the John Elway route and try to run a team? Or, is he destined to be a casino greater in Las Vegas? Perhaps politics? Maybe the silver screen like Jim Brown?

Interesting question. He has clearly carved out a number of possible career paths. Personally, I hope he doesn't take the path that Brown took. Not sure that Hollywood is up to creating a whole new genre and I also doubt that the sheriff in Westerns is about to come back into style (i.e., not sure about the current market for remakes of John Wayne films).

Maybe he becomes part owner of the Tennessee Titans?

You guys are pretty funny. Movies? He might be funny in a 20 second commercial but that's it. I imagine he's already got a game plan and it's been formulating for awhile. He doesn't have to worry. I could see coaching a high school team and Peytons Pizza franchise or writing a book, The Sheriff. :)

If he wanted to, Peyton could focus on spending some of the money he's amassed and not work another day in his life. Of course, he's too competitive for that. He'll end up doing something associated with an NFL team, I would imagine. I don't see him as a broadcaster except for some guest appearances.

Maybe he'll just hang out in Tennessee and polish his Super Bowl rings.

My guess is he will work hard to get into the Elway role of helping build a team. It seems to fit perfectly into his competitive nature to be the smartest guy in the room and see something years out and what it would look like. Like Elway though that is going to take some time. Elway waited what 15 years before he got back into it. Elway did a great job of going out and learning the business side of football before really stepping back into it. I don't think a player can step in day 1 and be ready for that kind of responsibility even the great Manning.

Probably not immediately into a GM role, but possibly as a lower executive like Ozzie Newsome. Who knows, he might also get attracted to the coaching side of things.
