We've seen enough of those 6ft (Deebo & Aiyuk) and 6 ft1" wideouts. The last big pass catcher of significance was Art Monk and it's time to end the drought. Tee Higgins is 25 years old and would easily become our WR1 supplanting TM, instantly making Terry the most dangerous WR2 in the game. This move also frees Dotson, while pushing the Commanders into the top 5 Wide receiver tandems in the NFL. So, once again, I'm offering our 3rd (78* or 100) in 2024 and second in 2025. If they balk, then I’d sweeten the offer with pick 40 this year and our lowest 3rd rounder next year.

I think of Higgins as more of a two. Just draft Coleman

So i guess Kings and Paul are the best Lt's left. Knew we had to trade up for Mims or Guyton. Surprised Morgan and Pearsall went 1st round. I posted something about Pearsall that he was moving up to the early 2nd. Looks like the value picks are WR and CB right now for 36 and 40 but I be surprised if we didnt get an Ot at 36 or 40 tonight.

We have a tackle available without a trade up like I said we would

never disagreed but it is the talent level the same? Plus you like value picks are the Lt's value picks now? Will we be drafting off need vs BPA I'm sure you were surprised that Morgan went 1st round. There was a report that Peters tried to trade up. The rumor of getting back into the first was true.

Yes it’s the same. Guyton had 15 college starts and Mims 8 . Neither is a starting LT day one , both are RTs day one

Keim was just on the junkies......skins probably prefer Wiley over JaTavion.

Interesting tidbit, Daniels is the third Heisman winner on Washington in my lifetime. Gary Beban and Griffin being the others.

I like this pick better than Griffin because I think Jayden is a better QB than Griffin was. I hope that he learns to take less hits at this level.

We all knew that Daniels or Maye was the likely pick in round 1. I am really interested in seeing what Peters does tonight. This is a big reason why he was hired.

I am not sure why you would say better talent.

He just had back to back years with 70+ grabs in each and he is 26.

He was 7th in receiving yards in 2023. Only 6 WRs had more receiving yards. Saying that is better talent in the draft is a stretch as Aiyuks numbers are better than most NFL receivers currently.
Everybody performs in a Kyle Shanahan offense. Nobody leaves his offense and performs the same in another.

Do you believe Aiyuk is worth 30 million per season?

I dont and agree with you. Judging the board right now the value is in WR and CB but the glaring need is OT. Who do you have us taking in the 2nd? im sure Coleman is one of the picks. :D

Supposedly (you guys would know) Daniels is different than RG3 bc he comes to the pros able to see the whole field and sctually go through ALL his progressions.

OTOH, he had two first round wrs to throw to, and thag probably means he had a good offensive line to play behind.

Also, he still seems awfully small and slight, and dorsnt seem to know how to slide just like RG3.

Peters seemes awfully psyched, as does kliff kingsbury.

Lets see what they do next.

OT is a must. I just don’t know which one at this point. I think we may go Kiran Amegadjie or Kingsley.

Agree, I think we may go King and Paul at this point. The Bama CB would be a huge steal IMO. What about DeJean? is he a hybrid S/CB?

I think DeJean is being docked slightly because he is white. I don’t mind that personally because it would a huge outlier. As for your question, I would expect him to be a S.
