Your theory is USC on sanctions therefore Oregon did better in recruiting.
Oregon recruiting through the years before during and now after the USC sanctions has been relatively the same. so no I do not think that the USC sanctions had a huge impact on Oregon's success.

How do you like oregon's chances this year od? Think they'll win the NC game by 56, or only 35...?

Definitely getting to the natty again. Don't see how else they don't get there. Personally, I like their chances vs tOSU since we should be well prepared for their game plan this year considering what happened last year. But it could also be vs Alabama, which I REALLY like our chances.

Seriously surprised at the lack of hype/low predictions this year for Washington considering its his second year. I understand the huskies lost a lot going into this year, but when should the conference expect Washington to be up there?

Yeah, expectations are low. It's his second year, but he lost a whole bunch. That paired with how they finished not so strong last year, that's where the lack of hype is coming from.

We'll see how it goes... I'm done trying to predict when they'll be "back" up there. I'm not down on Petersen though. I'm still confident that he's the guy. Give him a few years to get the mess sorted out...

oh there is no doubt Petersen is the right guy for Washington. I fully expect the huskies to be competing with Oregon in the very near future.

Im sure you guys will see the strides of his success near the middle of next year.
