Does anyone really pay attention to college baseball? I mean I've heard UW is doing great this year, but it's baseball. In college. Baseball man.

Really, my problem with that sport is the best players often don't go to college and jump right to the minors so you get a lot of watered down talent unlike basketball and football. I honestly see no difference between college baseball and softball. At least with the softball you occasionally have some decent tits to look at while wasting time watching the sport.

I played as a kid, played a few years in HS. I love going to see the Dodgers play. I play on two mens softball teams in rec leagues and I don;t really care about college baseball other than root for local schools to play well in the CWS.

The best players don't go to college. That goes double for pitchers. Pros can't get enough pitching. I still like it and support it. The future for unionized CFB? For softball, I'll go with Mr Wallace (sort of): softball>football>basketball

Not a shock that a school whose baseball team is far and away the best team they have would have fans that fully support it.

Notice that UW leads the Pac (or at least did at some point, don't really know if they still do) and I still couldn't give a flying fuck.

I love Baseball, especially live.

I do like "real" baseball better than College baseball.

But don't get me wrong. The College baseball regionals, Super regionals, and CWS always is a fantastic time and watch.

college baseball is fun, something to do while you wait for football season. It helps if your team gets to go to CWS every now and then.


Don't like that they've softened the bats and balls, takes away from the game some, imo.

Can't say as I've ever watched a college world series game. Lowest competition I've ever watched is a couple of AAA games. Well the Mariners might as well be AAA so maybe more than a few.

That's the problem with the M's though. Their season has been over after April for the last 10 years. This one's not looking any different. I mean they already had an 8 game losing streak and the first month isn't over.

Our Freshman on the mound let us down in the 9th, no doubt. What a waste of 7 shutout innings by the Sophomore Poteet. I guess you can't go to the CWS every year however going two out of the last four ain't too bad!

I love Baseball, especially live.

Lolz at the gif Mamba...fitting for me I spose. I was trying to "rustle" a few jimmies round here due to the CivilWar weekend on the diamond.

Football at the college level aint to bad either IF one looks at revenue generated and fan excitement for the sport too.

BTW...Ducks gave it a run last nite, just couldn't hang on, good game again 4-2 winnah!,,,maybe today or it might be a "sweeper" of a series by me Beavs.

Its not about an Oregon recruit, his story is just part of it. If I remember correctly he was one of 4 from the school in one class.
