I saw a study that stated 38% of Washingtonians believe that Sasquatches exist.

So, Washington folk? Do ya?

There are doubters, believers, and knowers. Where do you fall?

Any encounters?

'belief' to me requires empirical evidence. I have not had any personal contact with any cryptozoology specimens so I neither believe, nor disbelieve in them. Those who rule things out just because they haven't seen them are also missing the point of science. Until it is disproven it has to be at least possible.

If it happens you will receive the Mamba royalty package for the Ducks vs Huskies 2014 game.

Free ticket to the game and the wildest tailgater of your life. Included in the package will be all the weed you can smoke and a quarter to take home. Only the finest grown by my cousin of course. Also I will set u up with a guaranteed piece of ass. 3 possibly 4 of the Duck tailgate crew has had at her a time or two. But hey, we are all Eskimo brothers in the end anyway right? She isn't that bad either. Great bjs.

^^^Not a joke^^^ Offer is valid.

Boy oh boy Mamba...

Considering the fact that 37% of Americans cannot locate America on a map, this does not surprise me.

There is no excuse short of mental retardation for not being able to identify the 4th largest country that you happen to live in.

just wow.

Man, I love maps. I am just glad we have them.

24hr_callahan.png

It's the schools and there teaching of it, (wait lack of teaching) there fixed...

I have a second grader and a fourth grader, neither one knew states or capitals, momma buys a table mat, you those things you put your plate on the table, in one month you can show them a blank map of the US, they can identify all 50 states plus name the capitals, public schools :L they only thing they could possibly offer my sons when there older is some young hot 24 yr old chick texting them naked pics or better yet there old man....

I do a lot of the basic fundamental teachings at home. Just in case the school doesnt cover it.

But in 4th grade they all had to be able to recognize all 7 continents and oceans.

In 5th grade they hadd to remember all the state capitals and state locations.

In JR high they are on to country recognition.

My boys were ahead of the game. They, like me, find it fun to study maps.

Did you ever notice when studying maps that Oregon is to Idaho, much like Portugal is to Spain? I mean it could be said that Oregon is Idaho's Portugal.
