A two-finger poi bowl dips and mouthful of spam or kahlua pork...good stuff. I actually like that starchy sticky taro root stuff, call me crazy. Bland as hell, but somehow it works.

Spam in spicy noodle soup is my favorite, sukiyaki, fried rice made 100 ways, taro soup (not for everyone), fried tofu, etc. Most are even good for you.

Have an airline attendant friend...some 20 years back or so he would introduce me his asian attendant gal friends...time of me life, no strings attached. Most were Hawaiians, some Japanese...wow.

I still am married to the memories tho...
