The only thing I don't get is why don't teams just start tossing the ball around on our D from the beginning. USC Has absolutely no ability what so ever to hold onto a lead this year.

Oregon vs SoCal fer PAC CCG!!!

During last nights game, they were saying that USC probably would be the toughest matchup for the Ducks in the CCG. That may be true through the first 30 players or so, but as much as I hate to say it, I don't think that we have the depth necessary to beat the Ducks.

I think it would be a close game for awhile and USC might even have the lead going into the 4th quarter, but I think the Ducks would pull away in the 4th quarter and end up winning by a couple of touchdowns.

So funny watching the ducks get uppity now that some people mistakenly think they are worthy of the playoff.

A few short weeks ago they were their own biggest critics. Lamenting the season. All of them in woe is me mode or just not here at all. Was a good time for the board.

You may be onto something. I think it was another annual pasting of the team up North that really boosted the spirits!! Now obviously due to the mediocrity of said opponent, that alone was a bit of false confidence.

But hanging 40+ on two good defenses in a row have got things rolling!!

Looks like it was at least enough to make you change your avi and favorite teams... I don't blame you, if I were a duck fan, I'd hide it as much as possible too. If anything, you should have waited a little longer to jump on board.

Coach P is doing it his way up Norte for sure, but that Huskie D is not what it was a year ago OR what was advertised at years start. I do hope they get to a bowl tho as I do with my team. Beavs will require a win in Washington to do so. Beavs have to win Sat night to really have a chance to go bowling this year. Beaver D is definitely below Washington's right now. I feel this season may have "slipped away" with those two home losses to the Utes and Cal.

BUT HEY! Gotta keep the dream alive.

Mine are constantly changing as teams are in season. Twins are done. Vikings can be considered dead.

The "avi" was from last april lol. It needed a change.

Still an outside shot though. They should have scheduled that 13th game Hawaii afforded them to do. Say a GA Southern or something.

There are two guarenteed wins, only need 4 wins after that. Schedule another "worst team on its conference" like Illinois and another fcs. There are 4 wins.

Now we are down to only needing 2 conferences wins to get to the magic 6 wins for a bowl.

When talking about me Beavs, it's all about the D and O lines...we have neither to beat Pac teams. I look forward to a mobile QB in years to come. I would expect to see the kids compete as best they can in their last 3 ballgames. It aint ova till the fat lady sings with Riley et al.
