Sleep...now.
Mini-camp looked good. Lots of new talent there.
Hey, did I tell ya? Golf league started Thursday. Opponent razzed me for my Steelers club-head covers. Then, after starting with TWO triple-bogies and lulling him into a false sense of security, I went on to win the game, 16 pts to 8.
Moral of the story: Insult my head covers at your own risk, Mr. 4-Handicap.
hey blue next week end we are making pulled pork for a party .. I cant remember how to make the southern styl bbq sauce for the pulled pork .. the one I used to make had vinegar in it.. but I dont remember what else ... do you have a good recipe..
Morning Misko.I'll look and see what recipe's i got and we'll go from there.Do you want it "hot or mild"..."sweet or bold"??
Hey, if you want it semi-Carolina style, just thin your favorite store-bought sauce with cider vinegar. You can even marinate the meat in the thinned sauce in advance. Makes it more tender, and gives the flavor a chance to penetrate.
Damn...I just had breakfast less than an hour ago, and I'm making myself hungry.
mild or sweet hot ..I know the sauce that I used to make wasnt thick like regular bbq sauce

yea thats what I want the Carolina style
Well fuck you then!! lol!!!..jk!
now would that be the white vinegar or the apple cider vinegar north
I suppose you could use white, but it wouldn't add anything but acidity. It would work to tenderize the meat, and provide tartness, but that's it.
Cider vinegar would bring extra flavor to the party.
Some day, I've gotta try it with red wine vinegar. It would also add flavor, but don't know if it would go well with the flavors in the BBQ sauce.
