No, it's got a bit of slope. Old sheet metal, covered in who knows how many layers of tar. Haven't re-coated it in a decade, so it's due.

Polymer spray on coating, no fiberglass, its all ruberized and coats tar just fine.

neighbor was a roofer, and he swore by that stuff. works very well.

but you do have to steam clean the roof first, or at least scrub it down and let it dry
