Seriously, Misk, I like the idea of getting everyone together to stay in one place. If we get enough commitments in advance, we could possibly get a discount on a block of rooms, and possibly get a party/banquet room thrown in. My lodge often gets deals like that when we go to bowling tourneys.

But getting a large block in a dahn-tahn hotel could be tough, and expensive. We might want to look at outlying areas, preferably NOT on the other side of any tubes. Up the Allegheny, toward Harmar, might be better. It's a pretty straight shot into the city on 28. Or at Cranberry (which I still tend to think of as Mars, old fart that I am)...just up I-79.
