Misk, if it's your diaphragm, don't let just anyone fix it. My uncle had a hole in there, and some of his lower organs migrated up thru it. So he went into the hospital to have it fixed. They put the organs back where they belonged and sealed it, but he developed a post-op infection, and he lost half his digestive system before they caught it. He had to be tube-fed for a year before they could reconnect his stomach, and he never fully recovered. He lasted about 5 yrs, and suffered constantly.

Bottom line...stay on top of this, and get the best med. att'n that you can. I agree that we DON'T want to lose our yinzer-in-chief!
