Dough : 4cups of flour 4 eggs , 1 tsp salt, 8oz sour cream


stir ingrediants ,kneed and cover with warm wet cloth for 1hour
roll out thin cut in squares fill with one tbl sp of filling and pinch together with fork (make a triangle )
place into boiling water for 5 to 6 min .drain and serve with onions saute'ed in butter and a side of sour cream



Filling: potato & cheese . 5 to 6 potatos peeled cooked and mashed
1tsp salt
8oz velveeta cheese
1# longhorn cheese grated
mix together let cool and drop by table spoons onto dough squares ..

another filling if you like it is lekvar (mashed prune ) can be bought in grocery stores in a jar ..
