Depends:

If its cool 16.5 is OK for short term. 15% with aeration is good for a single season. Otherwise longer term or no aeration they usually say 13.5%.

Hey X,you ever watch that show they had on tv a couple of season ago? It was called American Harvesters or something like that.It was pretty interesting stuff,it showed alot of what you guys go through.How you try and bid on crops to plow etc...
