My wife has those Clark. About a year after we started dating she started getting them, thought she was having a heart attack. After the 3rd trip to the ER the Dr. told her it was anxiety. She's been on medication for the last 25 years for them.
The main thing to think about is it's only an attack, you're not really having a heart attack and you'll be fine when it passes..It always seemed to relax her.

And you always seem to get them at the worst times think i'm gonna try to just go back to my xanax this other shit had terrible side effects its actually intended for seizures
