My wife has those Clark. About a year after we started dating she started getting them, thought she was having a heart attack. After the 3rd trip to the ER the Dr. told her it was anxiety. She's been on medication for the last 25 years for them.
The main thing to think about is it's only an attack, you're not really having a heart attack and you'll be fine when it passes..It always seemed to relax her.

On a side note..Her Dad and Brother both have the same thing. But nobody knew about each others attacks until just a few years ago.

Thanks all my old meds did a lot more but this guy wants me off them and on what he is pushing.I am going to try to see my wifes Dr he prescribes more in line with what works for me.He is also more professional this guy stormed out of the office because I disagreed with him

Definitely switching drs don't want a guy that runs away from his problems helping me with mine.And I did lay into him when he was walking away.On a side note yelling did ease the panic attack perhaps I should do it more

Evening JR, anxiety is everywhere... I have them myself, but I don't worry about having an attack and don't take meds everyday, I just go with the flow, lol and if needed have meds as a backup...
