I had them run the ducts so I could have 3 zones(basement, main and 2nd story) but just the rough in for future. And I'll be able to do it with a 3 ton unit. 3300 sq. total.

Could be..But you'd think the dry air would be easier to cool.
In AZ we just had a swamp cooler.

We hit up the upstairs, on hot days, and leave the downstairs off.
