well I would say right around me no,maybe around Little Rock or Memphis,,,,,,Missouri property values are close to the same as here and I'm sure you could find something around St Louis,,,,,,

look up united country real estate there are all kinds of propertys listed there for just about every state

People still want to spend the money. Problem is the banks won't give it to them.
If someone has a $400,000. mortgage, and the house in this market appraises at $300,000. but the homeowner wants to put an addition on and wants to borrow $50,000 to do it, but after the addition the house still only appraises at $350,000., they're still $100,000 under water. No bank will give the money for that.
