Yeah, I actually started subbing from another company on an hourly basis.
I run work for them, with their employees and they pay me as much as I was making on my own. I have no expenses though.

Sheesh, I ended up falling asleep in my chair last night..lol

No, I got what the market dictates for my flatwork. I'm just sick of paying high wages for shit labor.
Way too much payroll for the work that was being done.

Now I don't have any payroll, my work comp and general liability insurance are cut way down, get fuel paid for and still get to live the way I have been accustomed to for the last 13 years..

I told them I'd give them 2 years, and we'll see what happens after that. I'll jump back out there if I can get a good crew again, that's the reason I'm still working under the company name.
