Yerp… Signed to a "prove it" contract essentially..

My thoughts:
This is nothing more than an insurance ploy in case PIT doesn't land their guy @15. DHB isn't even a roster lock at this point, but should provide some needed competition to improve the younger guys. If Wheaton doesn't pan out, then at least they can rest easy knowing DHB is experienced enough to fill the void.

Like you said with Watkins his speed, but I'm thinking a big receiver.
Benjamin is like 6'5" and 250

Realistically those are the only 2. Watkins would be the pick if he fell, but not likely. A lot of people think CB is the better option but IMO the pool for 1st rounders is small and risky (Dennard & Gilbert). Guys like Fuller, Verrett, Roby, Desir, Colvin, and Roberson are almost guaranteed to be around for their 2nd round pick. All of which are considered 1st round talent, only since this draft is flooded with talent!

If they went with Dennard or Gilbert in the 1st then I would almost guarantee they hunt for Robinson (Penn St), Mathews (Vanderbuilt), Bryant (Clemson) or Moncrief (Ole Miss) in the 2nd.

I am in the Evans-camp… I think he is the best bet to be around @15. He is more NFL-ready than Benjamin. But either would do the job!

Got Fuller and Robey also if they're going cb.
No telling wich need they will try to fill first.
All depends on the luck of the draw, and who's still the best option.
