Have my daughter and grandson here, can't beat the weather, but there is a lot not to like here also.

I think we may just do a park model trailer up here, on a golf course.
And a house in AZ.
Depends on how comfortable I feel living in a trailer all Summer. I like having a basement during tornado season.

I'd like to have a house on a golf course, but most are pretty big, we won't need that.
And all the golf courses that have trailers on them have a safe place during storms, but I still might not like that.
