this dog is a car chaser and he will hide until you are right on top of him and out he comes, this time he ran right out in front of me I know he does this almost daily so I watch for him,,,hell I was only doing about 20mph

yeah I talked to him, he thinks the dog is alright but we couldn't find him, I think he was running on adrenalin and ran until he died, if I don't see him again I'll know he didn't make it

that or he did make it and the owner keeps him tied up

well I will stop and check on the dog in a few days,,,

most people won't even stop if they hit a dog I can't do that
