They had enough money DJ. They just spent it elsewhere. Wilkins was one of the first FAs to enter the market. Knowing AD was retired, they could have signed immediately but didn't. Meanwhile, the shitferbrains twins didn't even contact him and then they overpaid for an injury-prone OG in Jonah Jackson. The spending was on from there!!

I was unaware Coughlin was working with the guys at training camp. I thought he was just helping AP find assistant coaches.

I was just about to come in here and post something very similar to this from another website.

Minshew is making his camp move and Pierce won't have to think about it very long on whose is going to be the opening day Raidas QB.

Yeah, if they get better QB play than last season (low bar there, LOL) they could win 9, maybe 10 games and be in the playoffs.

The defense (specifically the DL) is going to be tough for opposing offenses to handle. I absolutely loved the Wilkins signing and with 34 mill in cap space? They could add a vet CB, so these young CB's better be ready to play in training camp.

Well, dude, there are a number of Pro Ball CBs still available. The one everyone is watching is Justin Simmons from the Broncos. He is a damn good CB. Has interest by the Dolphins and Rams. There is also Xavier Howard from the Dolphins but he is getting old and is oft-injured.

Not interested in Howard much (he has some drama off the field, I think that is why he is still avail) and Simmons is more of a safety.

I was thinking Gilmore or either JC Jackson or Adoree Jackson. Mainly Gilmore though.

Yannick Ngakoue is still available, @Retroram52 if you need DL help. Still just 29 and he did not play great but he still had 4 sacks in 13 games. But, he had limited snaps with the Bears last season, despite starting those 13 games. He would be a decent depth signing if he came cheaply.

To me.....Minshew has a little Kenny "the snake" Stabler in him. Eccentric, a little cocky and an underdog mentality.

Go ahead and call me crazy. I don't care.

Gilmore is def a good selection but he wants alot of money, big contract. The Raidas have plenty of cap space and may be able to afford him but the Rams don't!!

The Rams really should bring in Ngakoue for a look see. Every where he has gone, he has had a high number of sacks.

Even as a rotational backup he couldn't hurt. Think you have your starting DL set.

Pierce has the Raidas Camp bustling. Might see a good team this year. Minshew wins the scrimmage.
