Well, being an executive and making trades is a risk. Burke gambled that his team would be good enough to avoid the lottery and unfortunately he was wrong. That being said, Brian made his bed and he will have to lie in it. Kessel is still young and I hold out hope he can still be a consistent 40+ goal scorer.

Still loving the coverage. I don't get to see a lot of these players and rely mostly on what I read, so it's nice to see some footage/interviews of these guys. For a "not so deep draft" I think it has some intriguing players.

My friends thought I was crazy because I wanted to sit at home and watch the NHL draft on a Friday night. I tried to explain to them that they like their sports of choice and I live and breathe mine, but no dice.
