What track record? :L

You're just spitting bullshit and you know it.

Harris to Auburn?

Tony Brown to A&M?

Sure, neither ever considered Bama seriously, but you obviously were/are hoping neither ends up at LSU.

Hey gump, I don't blame you for not wanting these guys to sign with LSU, but at least be honest and just admit that simple fact.

Flat out homerism just make you look foolish brah.

Here's some recruiting info for Bama fans. I'm not a member of the site it came from, so I don't care about pasting it...

***Alabama is heavily in the mix for the nation's top two pass rushers in Lorenzo Carter and Da'Shawn Hand
and while it has been assumed that it would be near impossible for a
college to sign them both that might not actually be the case. Sources
close to both Hand and Carter say the two standout 5-star linebackers
have been talking on a regular basis about the possibility of playing at
Alabama together with Carter as the Jack and Hand as the Sam. While
package deals rarely come to fruition, it's a good sign for the UA staff
that both are entertaining the thought. As things stand now Florida,
with UGA also in the mix, is the top completion for Carter and Michigan
being the biggest threat to 'Bama for Hand. Hand announced his intent to
commit on November 14 earlier this week and will take his first
official to Michigan on September 6 for their game against Notre Dame.

*** The ultimate decision for offensive lineman and Iowa commit Ross Pierschbacher
was all set as early as last Friday. Sources close to Pierschbacher
indicate that the Iowa native was all set to commit to the Tide, coming
fresh off his visit to Tuscaloosa. The Iowa staff, hoping to slow the
Tide's momentum, talked the 4-star prospect into sleeping on it and over
the course of the weekend Pierschbacher is now more confused than ever.
The longer this goes, the better it is for Iowa's chances of holding on
to him and vice versa for UA. While Pierschbacher himself prefers
Alabama, he has some close to him who would like to see him stay closer
to home and stay committed to the Hawkeyes.

***Ermon Lane is set to announce this weekend or early next week
and all indications are that he'll stay in the Sunshine State and commit
to the Gators. Alabama will likely finish the runner up as the two
staged a heated battle for his commitment the last four months. Distance
from home played a role, but the ultimate deciding factor was the
Gators' depth chart at wide receiver with the UF staff doing a good job
of convincing him he could be "the man" in Gainesville. Even if he does
commit, it's expected that Lane will take visits during the season, so
the door may not be completely shut.

***LSU put out full court press on the nation's top prospect Cameron Robinson
and made up some ground when he camped in Baton Rouge in July. Despite
that, sources indicate that Alabama is still the team to beat, as they
were going into the visit to LSU. Robinson likes the idea of being the
next first round tackle at Alabama and sees a chance to play early with
the likely early departure of Cyrus Kouandjio. Some sources feel
that the Louisiana native wants to get away from home, but LSU will
still keep pushing and not make this an easy pull for Alabama.

***Alabama still wants to add more weapons in the wide receiving corps
and if they do indeed lose out on Lane, look for the staff to continue
to push for West Palm Beach (Fla.) Dwyer four-star Johnnie Dixon,
who was a standout at UA's July camp. Dixon has a long list of suitors
but Alabama made a very big first impression. Like many of the national
recruiting battles the Tide is facing, this could be a heart vs. head
decision for Dixon. Miami is believed to be the leader, but if Dixon can
be swayed to leave home, Tuscaloosa will likely be his destination. As
things stand now his official visit to UA, which is scheduled for the
LSU game, should tell the tale.

***Top inside linebacker Raekwon McMillan is fresh off a visit to
Ohio State for their Friday Night Lights event and sources indicate
it's still a top two of UA and Ohio State with Clemson third. The Tigers
continue to push for McMillan with he and his family planning to be at
Clemson on August 31 for their against Georgia. That next round of
visits could be crucial for McMillan, with some sources feeling that he
may lean towards staying in the south so he could be closer to his
family and particularly his younger siblings. Alabama makes up ground
each time he visits Tuscaloosa and sources feel that the Tide will
continue to gain traction with McMillan over the course of this season.

***247Composite top 100 athlete Ronnie Clark still hopes to have a
decision by the end of August but is still looking for a good date to
visit Alabama that will work with his practice schedule. It's possible
Clark and his family makes it to Tuscaloosa on Saturday. Both Alabama
and Auburn feel it's neck and neck for Clark right now and it could go
either way.

***It remains a UA-Kentucky battle for five-star DT Matt Elam. UA
made a big impression when he camped over the summer, but there's
immense in-state pressure for the pure nose tackle to select the
Kentucky with Wildcat fans and commits working him hard with every bit
of effort they can muster. Elam and those close to him feel like he'd be
a better scheme fit in Alabama's 3-4 defense and like the Tide's track
record of player development on top of winning tradition. This could
turn into a classic head vs. heart decision. Notre Dame is also working
to get in the mix, but is currently a distant third.

*** Texas A&M continues to put the full court press on UA linebacker commit, Zach Whitley.
Despite A&M feeling they will ultimately flip him, the Houston area
commit is saying all the right things both publicly and privately in
regards to him sticking with his commitment. The same can be said for UA
commitment Shaun Hamilton, despite recent visits to Auburn and
Ole Miss- both of which have current or former teammates of his
committed or on the roster. Hamilton grew up in an Alabama family and it
was Auburn, not Ole Miss that finished second when he committed in the
spring.

***Alabama made a huge move for top 100 Baylor commit Davion Hall
when he visited Tuscaloosa in July. Sources feel that the key in UA
pulling off the flip will be getting people around Hall on board with
him going that far from home. They aren't opposed to it, but the family
plans to come visit during the season, which should take place in
November for the LSU game. Hall himself is sold on Bama, but wants to
get his family's approval.

*** Kirby Smart played a huge role in Alabama landing top outside linebacker Christian Miller
last month with the Tide defensive coordinator taking the top 50
prospect under his week. Many respected evaluators feel that Miller has
huge upside with his elite measurable and technical ability. In fact,
one NFL source was of the opinion that Miller has the type of talent to
be the top linebacker taken in the draft 4-5 years down the road.

***It goes without saying that the commitment of five-star QB Ricky Town
was a big one for Alabama and sent out shockwaves along the West Coast
despite the fact that Town had been leaning to the Tide for some time.
Alabama should be on the verge of reaping the benefits of signing the
nation's top signal caller and get an even bigger boost out West. In
fact, sources are indicating that the amount of top targets from that
side of the country are already reaching out to the Alabama staff like
never before.

Also on a side note, 2014 quarterback commit David Cornwell
welcomed Town with open arms. The UA staff had kept both prospects up to
date on what was going to happen, so there were no surprises. This
won't stop a few schools from trying to use this to their advantage and
flip Cornwell, but all signs point to him being rock solid.

***Another top target for the 2015 class in Shades Valley DT Daron Payne
also named Alabama his favorite and this is big news as well. Payne has
enjoyed a big jump in the ranking and seen his stock rise significantly
over the course of the summer. While some had written him off for
Auburn early in the process, due to family ties, that is no longer the
case. In fact ,sources close to Payne indicate that Mario Cristobal
has been a huge influence in Payne's recruitment and currently it would
be a big upset if the no. 7 overall prospect didn't end up in
Tuscaloosa two years from now.

***The Tide's 2015 class is shaping up to rival the best Alabama hauls under Nick Saban
at this early juncture. In most cases when a school racks up on commits
this early, there's usually a drop in quality, but there are no holes
in Alabama's class from a talent perspective. All five commits have
major offers are very high on other top programs' boards. It's even
better that all five look to be solid in their early pledge.

*** Alabama flipped Tuscaloosa Hillcrest ATH Keith Holcombe from
Mississippi State last week with sources saying that the Tide legacy
impressed the UA staff at camp, measuring at 6'2+ and running a legit
4.56 40. Holcombe is a versatile athlete capable of playing a number of
positions and has drawn some comparisons to fellow Tuscaloosa products Vinnie Sunseri and Brad Smelley.
On that note, Holcombe could start out as a hybrid safety/linebacker
type a la Sunseri or ultimately end up at H-Back as Smelley did. The
four-star prospect impresses with his closing speed and striking power
on tape and is a nice pickup for UA.

***Tennessee made an impression on Brighton (Tenn.) OL/DL Charles Mosley
last week, with the four-star leaving Knoxville with the Vols as his
leader. Mosley plans to return to Tuscaloosa on Saturday for UA's
scrimmage and sources feel that UA can grab back some momentum with him
on campus. The Tide staff knows that this will be a battle with the
in-state team as Tennessee will put up a fight for a top prospect like
Mosley. The west Tennessee native is capable of playing on either side
of the ball, much like an A'Shawn Robinson or Alphonse Taylor, but we feel he'll ultimately stick at OG at the next level.

***Sources close to UA love offensive guard commit Montel McBride
and say he is everything the Tide looks for for in an interior OL as he
ha 5-star measurables as a road grader. Sources at two other D1 schools
who recruited McBride called him a future NFL OL.

*** Some interpreted the news that Alabama commitment Bo Scarbrough
was transferring to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. as a move that would
benefit Florida's pursuit. Several sources close to Scarborough
indicate that the move was made for academic reasons and that Scarbrough
kept Alabama in the loop throughout his thought process. In other words
this wasn't a surprise to the Tide staff. Those same sources, along
with Scarbrough's mother, tell us that he's still committed to Alabama
and that nothing has changed in that regard. On top of helping with his
qualifying status, Scarbrough should see the benefit of the training and
coaching at IMG.

*** It's become no secret that five-star Alabama legacy Marlon Humphrey
loves to troll recruiting fans, but everyone expects him to end up at
Alabama. Sources close to several staffs involved in his recruitment
feel it's a done deal he ends up in Tuscaloosa.

***The recent news that top running back Leonard Fournette plans
to take officials to five out of state schools, including UA, is a very
positive development on the Tide's front, particularly. Should he stick
to that plan, the door could crack for the Tide to make a big move on
the official. UA and St. Augustine alum Burton Burns continue to
battle it out with LSU for the elite back. While it's a tough
proposition to sell a runner like Fournette on joining a young and deep
backfield, it's not a pitch that UA has been unsuccessful with,
particularly last year with the staff signing four of 2013's top running
back prospects.

*** Ole Miss commit C.J. Hampton has been mum since visiting UA
last week, but sources indicate that the visit went well and that the
Tide continue to trend with the Rebel commitment. Hampton announced his
intent of taking all five official visits, but it's UA that is the top
threat to Ole Miss. It's also worth noting that Alabama holds the edge
in distance from over Ole Miss, as Tuscaloosa is 1.5 hours closer to
Hampton's home in Meridian than Oxford.

*** Alabama is set to host another top out of state safety this weekend, with Monroe (La.) Neville 247Composite 5-star Laurence Jones
planning to take in the Tide's scrimmage. This will be the second time
in the past month that "Hootie" has visited Alabama. While most are
writing him off to LSU, UA has some momentum here and some sources feel
the Tide has a very real shot at landing Jones, who likes the idea of
playing DB for Nick Saban and has taken a liking to Tuscaloosa.

*** Jalen Tabor was one of the top prospects to work out for the
Tide staff at camp in July and sources say that UA made a move with the
Washington D.C. cornerback, grabbing some momentum from Florida and
squarely placing themselves in the top three with the Gators and
Maryland. UA has long been a favorite of Tabor's parents and has been in
his top group for the majority of his recruitment. Some feel that the
nearby Terps may be the biggest threat, but UA took a step in the right
direction as the season nears.

Bob, Roll reminds me of a famous Boise poster from back in the day on CBS (might even be here) SMILES, loves to give 5000 word manifestos , its how you know he knows absolutely NOTHING about what he is trying to say. He knows no one can possibly read that much CRAP that comes out of his feeble mind, so he thinks he wins an arguement! Typical Tide Tool, but this one has EXTRA Bull Shit on the top!

Get real andy, can't you see how stupid your boy was in this thread? Read through it, don't feel like you gotta agree with him because he's an LSU fan. I got no beef with LSU, hell one of my favorite posters on the hoop is TigerBait.

Also, Just read the first sentence of that big ass post, I plainly state that I'm pasting it.

I won't argue with that, LSU is putting together a great class, possibly the #1 class, but we have had our share of #1 classes the past few years, so we're not gonna be too upset with earning a top 5 class, which we will.

Unless LSU can lockdown speedy noil, Cameron Robinson and Leonard fournette, there is no way we earn the number one recruiting class. We need a strong season to solidify some commitments.

Agreed jonas, be paitent and positive, 2 out of 3 aint bad right?
Dont completely agree with you about the strong season, but me thinks you will be pleasantly surprised.

The D cupboard is not completely bare as some would have you think.
The question is, as it has been for the last 5 seasons, on the other side of the ball. Thats where the positive approach comes in
The haters want you to believe CAM is washed up and generally just a bum. A LES, YES man! I will give you one of his first(public) statements made to MILES after arriving in TigerTown, "Les, What the hell have you been doing with this offense since 07?" Nothing 3/4 of the CFB world didnt see, but he is not a LES, YES man. They are friends and CAM didnt want to listen to authority at the Ravens, thats BAD!
If he does same thing in Baton Rouge, THATS GOOD!
The folks in the know think what they have seen so far, IS GOOD and different! I say anything different than the last 5 IS GOOD!
IT will be fast, I know that and if Miles stays out, which he better, the O will be! On D.we have the Chief, need I say more! (Saban would have followed his game plan last yr, he could have gone undefeated) and we have a QB, with a QB coach. Imagine that!
Line em up and lets see!
