ok good, a Center in development. not expecting a sure starter in Slowey, but like the thinking. makes sense to start now.

but someone has to back up Goodwin THIS season?

I have to say I didn't catch any games this year with the fighting....

Fog breakers??? Umbrella Weilders? Tree cutters??? Let's see...

...Oh Wolves. Western Oregon Wolves. I wonder if they did that just for the acronym.

Hey! Maybe he can be the blocking TE I wanted. As long as he doesn't run too Slowey.

From watching that highlight film on Slowey he looked to benefit from the talent he played against. He is just throwing guys around lke rag dolls.

He was their LT the last three seasons. He also has two starts at right guard and 1 at center. Most people I saw were of the belief that some team would give him a shot as a center. Their head coach, Arne Ferguson, called him the best big athlete he's ever coached (don't know what to make of that). He was also a track star (thrower) in college and he played basketball in high school. He's another feisty, nasty type of player.

Yeah, that's what i gathered as well. One thing he excelled at is knowing when to hit a guy and go for his next target. He looks to have a good feel for picking up his blocks. Somewhat lazy technique, though.

I wanna see him try playing TE. It'll get him on the field, and Staley won't have to move.

You got to love ESPN. They put up a list of recent players drafted and read off all the names and teams they went to except one, I will give you a guess which team they skipped.

He looks to me like he could make a pretty successful swing lineman. We've had a history of drafting these guys late and making the best of them with Heitmann, Kosier, Snyder, etc.

He looks like that kind of guy, what do you think? I have VERY limited knowledge of him but from what I saw, he looks like he could easily fit that mold.

What the crap do people not like about Trevor Guyton? Dude's tailor made for the 3-tech.
