I believe so. but I am not an expert.

Southern illinois, Western illinois, Loyola(basketball), Depaul(basketball), probably something in Danville, probably more chicago schools since there are so many people there, I don't think there is anything in East St Louis, but I have marathon trained through East St Louis in the morning. My relatives asked me where i went and about died when I said I ran that away(I did not know I was in East St Louis or even that close) I just noticed all buildings had bars on the windows and a plethora of liquor stores.

Yea but FBS just includes teh G5 and P5 ive never heard of those schools being talked about on any given saturday.
