I think all are fair points, but i still don't think any would allow this team to lose to a team that has a new coach.

AM has not looked the same as he did at the end of last year. not sure if there is a Stanley Morgan effect, hard to say one WR makes a difference but he was a senior leader and a good route runner and safety outlet. run blocking is shit, pass pro was decent in first half. CU dialed up more stunts and then they got lost. Austin specifically said there were effort issues ("guys not getting out of their freaking stance" was the quote i believe). the playcalling definitely hasn't been great and SF admitted trying to hard to call perfect plays. then on top of it, guys trying to hard to be perfect and probably overthinking everything. D hasn't been that bad. CU played great ball in the 4Q helped by the NU offense not keeping them off the field. NU didn't substitute enough and that one penalty late in the game was on the refs when CU subbed and the refs didn't allow NU to, which should have ticked off more seconds, not saying CU still doesn't score that TD the next play, but might have been different had things played out correctly.
