OWH is going under. Losing journalists, staff and radio hosts left and right. Only local programming left on 590 is the Nick Handley show in the afternoon and I would give that less than a year.

590am is affiliated with ESPN. They told 590am that they had to carry x amount for national programming. That why Mike'l show got cut in half on radio. This was the same thing that happen a few years ago at 1620am.

Mike'l was on 1620am with Kevin Kugler and John Bishop before going to OWH.

I think it going to be a great show.

I was really hoping they'd let Vrzl have that afternoon spot. I know he is kinda rough, but he talks about Nebraska football with a lot of passion. And he's funny as hell.

aw, shit, i missed it was starting an hour earlier. i like to get to work by 7am and so never bothered turning it on. even if i was running late, the first 15 minutes of the show was always trash. my commute is shorter now though, so don't really have that much time to listen anyway.

without seeing much other than comments on twitter. sounds like Dedrick Mills (the JUCO guy, spent a year at Georgia Tech before Garden City CC) is a power back and Rahmir Johnson is more of a speed back like Mo. Both showed some good stuff in the Nebraska drill videos i saw. Ronald Thompkins is the other freshmen who's still battling back from injury. After those you are looking at Mazour, Belt, Bradley.
