Hows bout Eggs? Me Now I love me a good hard boiled with some sriracha. Of course I won't turn down a good sunny side up either. And if it's after the 3rd week in June poached is my only option.
Typically over-medium. However, I love eggs no matter how they're prepared or what they're served with.
Slap an egg on a cheeseburger and I'm in heaven.
Boiled egg on a chef salad.
Eggy tater salad (1 egg per tater ratio).
Around Easter I'll make a dozen mason jars of pickled eggs with onions and andouille sausage. They are great to take on fishing trips.
