Love this idea. Too many 5 post threads. I'd say we should still have the recruiting thread separate as well.

Personally I just think he is more hungry as a coach. I think he can cap a recruiting class. I hope hes grown as a person. I think he will be looking for a head coaching position in 3-4 years. If you really want to know my wild card. Let's put Tim Tebow on the staff. What parent wouldn't one hundred percent trust Tim Tebow to look after their kid for 3 to 5 years. Plus Tebow is very football smart. And I think he could help develop players.

Or Frost. I'd love Frost. For much of the same reasons.

Riley 6 years though I think that's a fair amount of time to assess him as a head coach with his players. But like I said I just don't know how all of a sudden these guys are going to start winning. Especially with Banker as DC. And not being able to recruit with Michigan and Ohio state combined with getting our fucking hat handed to us by Iowa with them having year in year out worse recruiting classes then ours has me worried.
