And there are other aspects as well. The players have to trust their coach as the leader he's supposed to be.

They're punk college students who would just rather party and get some pussy. If they can't buy into the football thing as a whole, it's gonna go downhill quick. A good coach gets his players to look past all of the noise that comes with being in College and gets them to buy into his thing.

Miami is loaded with NFL talent. They were just never on the same page under Golden.
